I have to shoutout Lee the cleaning staff for his superior customer service and always positive vibe. He is hardworking and always focused on making sure we have a great experience especially in the sauna and steamroom. Other staff there have issues and attitudes sometimes but because of Lee, this gym deserves a 5-star. You need more employees like him. Ask him how he does what he does, include this in your trainings, and you will see a big boost in customer satisfaction!! Also he deserves recognition amongst his peers. That would really boost his morale and keep the great work up. He stands out because of his CARE. Thanks always Lee!

Someone who truly stands out for their genuine care for others and willingness to go the extra mile are qualities that inspire! Lorenzo at the gym is solid. Always locked in, puts in real work, and stays consistent every time I see him. No messing around, just focused and getting it done. You can tell he takes training seriously and sets a good standard for the people around him.

I believe in giving credit where credit is due. I just want to say "JAY" was there from the beginning from getting me my 3 day pass to helping me lock in my membership. Always super supportive and friendly. He kept me pushing through my rough days and now 7 months later down 72 lbs. And he's always shouting me out when I walk through that door. Its giving me so much more motivation. I appreciate you brother...
